Description

From the author:

This work is inspired by Sandro Botticelli’s painting VENUS and MARS. Venus, the goddess of love, looks at Mars, the god of war. She has fled the Ukraine and found shelter in Lucerne, Switzerland. Mars is asleep, indicating that the war is still going on, but she feels safe here.

The goddess of love is ALINA. She is the one who fled from the Ukraine and is experiencing Lucerne in a mainly positive way. Alina has a job, has made friends and at the moment she feels good
and comfortable in the city of Lucerne. She does not look too far into the future, because experience has shown that everything can change suddenly, even the most unthinkable.
