Inspired by a meal during a road trip around Lake Lucerne, this piece humorously reflects the artist’s experience of discovering “Swiss Chicken.” The fast-food-like meal, loaded with mayonnaise and delicious chicken, became one of the best meals the artist had ever had. This artwork is a playful nod to fast food culture, blending humour with fond memories of the Swiss countryside.
