Fernando Leal Audirac is an international artist, painter, sculptor, etcher and designer currently living in Milan. He is acknowledged as one of the maximum experts in historical painting techniques like fresco, encaustics, egg tempera and oil; he recovers within a contemporary view, oriented to express the essence of painterly languages. Having participated twice in the Venice Biennale, his works have been shown in prestigious galleries and museums around the World. He has also written numerous essays on art and literature and participated in several international symposia regarding the links between art, science and the environment.
The artist is also in constant dialogue with the inputs offered by the most advanced multimedia technologies and works closely with international research centres on innovative materials.
